Dr. Pete infuses his personal brand of Leading Beyond Tomorrow™ into every endeavor – creating sustainable advantage through vision, strategic thinking, and leadership. He has written winning proposals and successfully led many contracts and innovative research initiatives - positioning each as a discriminating capability - resulting in creating licensing opportunities and maturing research into products. Dr. Pete has created comprehensive business plans, financial plans, brand messaging, negotiated statements of work, worked long range strategic plans and worked business process improvement initiatives.
Dr. Pete recently completed a term of service on a private Board of Directors, responsible for corporate governance, business strategy, and finance. His Ph.D. in Business dissertation (“Pursuing Success without Scandal”) was the first to explore the confluence of integrity-based authentic leadership, transformational leadership, and strategic thinking - asking to what extent business leaders can strongly embody these essential pillars without sacrificing any one for another.

He is especially skilled in planning, organizing, and optimally orchestrating activities.
